Somatic Healing with Dr. Alessandro 

Somatic experiencing therapy can help people by focusing on how stress and trauma affect the body. By increasing bodily awareness, developing ways to release trauma, and finding ways to relax the body, people can find relief. It is a form of alternative therapy aimed at treating trauma and stress-related disorders, such as PTSD.

When was the last time that you felt an emotion only in your head? Never!

We feel emotions within our body and when we can’t cope, we embody these emotions in our nervous system, in our muscles, bones, and internal organs leading to chronic pain and unhealthy habits.

Alessandro uses a unique combination of the Feldenkrais Method(tm), Somatic Experiencing(tm) and his physics knowledge to increase body awareness and foster positive changes in the nervous system.

This approach allows to release trauma, by finding ways to restore balance in the body, people can find relief.

The root of our anxiety, depression, and maladaptive behaviours can’t be resolved without our body finding a way to release these memories and imprints. Sustained healing only happens when our nervous system regains equilibrium.

Somatic Healing helps us move beyond the cognitive process of understanding our trauma.

This process fosters your innate healing ability, allowing one to feel a greater sense of connection, safety, and ease.
