Infrared Sauna Block Packages
Commit to your wellbeing and save. Regular sauna sessions deliver results that a single visit simply can’t better sleep, clearer skin, reduced inflammation and sustained stress relief.
1 session per week (4 sessions) £30 per session | £120 total (save £20)
2 sessions per week (8 sessions) £25 per session | £200 total (save £80)
Each session is 30 minutes. Add a red light bed on the same visit for just £25.
ADD-ONS AND GIFTS
Red Light Bed Add-On
£15
Add 10-15 minutes on the full-body red light bed to any treatment. Supports collagen production, calms inflammation, boosts circulation and lifts mood while you’re still in that post-treatment glow.

SPA DAYS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The hot tub can be used as a cold plunge for 2 people or more if you prefer to do it together at no extra charge. Please bring your own towels/food/drinks if required/flip flops. Light refreshments provided. Tailor your party with other treatments depending on the therapists available.
A 50% deposit is required & only refundable due to bad weather.
Larger parties are welcome when we incorporate the Retreat Space next door (please enquire through the website). All consultation forms must be emailed back at least one week prior to your party. An extra £50 is required for any spa days due to taking 3 hours to heat (wood buring).
