kineon move+ in didcot

For the last few months I’ve been using something called the Kineon Move+ on my own joints, and I’ve been waiting to see real results before I said anything about it. Now I can say it with confidence. This little device has genuinely changed how I manage my joint pain.

It works using two types of light together, deep red LEDs that support circulation and surface level tissue, and near infrared laser diodes that reach much deeper into the joint itself, somewhere in the region of five to six centimetres down. That combination is what sets it apart from the low cost red light gadgets you’ll see online, which tend to sit at surface level only. This one was built specifically for joints, tendons and the kind of deep ache that doesn’t shift with a heat pad or a rest day.

I strap it on for around ten to fifteen minutes, once or sometimes twice a day, and I’ve felt a steady, cumulative difference in how my joints feel and move. Less stiffness, less flare up, and a sense that I’m actually supporting the tissue rather than just masking the discomfort for an hour.

Because I believe in it so much, I’ll be bringing the Move+ into treatments at Luminate Barn as an add on for an extra twenty five pounds, so anyone already booked in for a session can experience it for themselves. If you’d rather have your own to use at home whenever you need it, I’ll also have units available to buy directly. And if you’re not sure yet whether it’s for you, I’m considering offering them for rent too, so do let me know if that’s something you’d be interested in and I’ll factor that into what I offer.

If you’ve been carrying joint pain, whether it’s an old injury, arthritis, or just the wear of an active life, message me and I’ll talk you through it properly.
