At Luminate, I’ve always believed that wellness is about looking at the whole person.
Not simply chasing symptoms, but becoming curious about why something may be happening in the first place.
This is why I’m so excited to be collaborating with holistic health practitioner Riico Gami.
I originally came across Riico through my own search for answers and decided to have testing carried out for myself and members of my family.
I can honestly say I was blown away by what came back.
The results gave us a completely different perspective on areas we wanted to explore and, personally, helped me join some dots that I hadn’t connected before. I’m now following my own individual protocol based on my results.
It felt incredibly aligned with everything we are creating here at Luminate, so I wanted to make this available to my clients too.
WHO IS RIICO?
Riico Gami is a holistic health practitioner whose work takes a different approach to conventional health testing.
His background includes holistic nutrition and Reiki, and his approach combines hair analysis with bioenergetic and frequency based methods to explore patterns that he believes may be relevant to a person’s health and wellbeing.
Rather than looking at one symptom in isolation, his work considers the body as a whole and may explore areas including nutritional balance, environmental stressors, toxins, heavy metals, digestive health, parasites and other energetic imbalances depending on the individual.
HOW DOES THE TESTING WORK?
One of the fascinating things about Riico’s work is that you do not need to travel to see him in person. A small hair sample is sent for testing and Riico uses his bioenergetic approach to build an individual picture of what may be going on within the body.
Riico describes part of his work in terms of the quantum field and the energetic information associated with the individual. This sits outside conventional laboratory medicine and is one of the reasons his approach is so different.
The principle behind his work is that the body is not simply a collection of separate organs and symptoms. It is an interconnected energetic system, and patterns of imbalance may provide clues about areas that deserve further attention. For me, this is where his work fits so naturally with Luminate.
We already work with the body through light, frequency, PEMF, lymphatic treatments, fascia work, nervous system support and other holistic therapies. Riico’s work adds another layer to that bigger picture.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR RESULTS?
Your results are personal to you. Riico will take you through his findings and, where appropriate, may suggest an individual protocol to support your body.
He also works with personalised frequency sprays, which may be recommended following your testing depending on your results. These are charged separately and are not included within the initial testing price.
The aim isn’t to frighten you with a long list of things that are supposedly “wrong”.
For me, it’s about information. It’s about becoming more curious about your own body, your environment and the things that could potentially be affecting how you feel, then deciding what changes feel right for you.
MY OWN EXPERIENCE
I wouldn’t be bringing this into Luminate if I hadn’t experienced it myself.
I’ve had my own testing carried out, as have members of my family, and some of our results genuinely surprised me.
I’m currently following my own protocol and making changes based on what we discovered.
