Sound Therapy with Siobhan
Siobhan is completing her tuning fork certification and will be weaving sound frequency into three of her treatments Reiki, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. Tuning forks work by applying specific vibrations to the body, deepening the nervous system response and releasing tension in a way that touch alone can’t reach. Whether through the feet, the energy field or the skull and shoulders the effect is profound. A truly unique offering, and something very special to look forward to at Luminate.
Light Facial with Myofascial Release & Ayurvedic Massage with Siobhan
Red light therapy to prepare the fascia. Myofascial release to free it. Ayurvedic massage to restore it. A facial experience unlike anything else available locally working with the skin, fascia and nervous system together for results that go far deeper than the surface.
Myofascial Release with Becky
Fascia is the connective tissue that runs through your entire body and when it’s tight or restricted, you feel it everywhere. Becky is training in myofascial release to bring this transformative therapy to Luminate. Expect it to change how you feel in your body completely.
