Kayleigh is a Spinal Energetics Guide, Reiki Master, Metaphysical Counsellor + Therapist. (Currently training to be a Trauma informed coach).
Helping to guide and support those seeking to reclaim power and safety in their body.
SPINAL ENERGETICS
We are excited to start offering Spinal Energetics at Luminate Barn. SE is a gentle yet powerful energy based technique that blends Eastern and Western philosophies to help:
- Unwind stress + tension
- Dissolve pain
- Trauma and emotional release
This is done through the nervous system and spine, allowing spiritual and emotional healing to unfold naturally. This beautiful modality is a collaborative dance between practitioner and client where we are working with the body’s innate intelligence through the energetic field using light to no touch on specific points on the body.
Spinal Energetics promotes wellbeing to our physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and soul self and strives to guide individuals to their natural balanced state.
